Solo Brands to Resume Trading on NYSE, Update Ticker Symbol

04:31 AM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Solo Brands (DTC) said Monday that the NYSE has withdrawn its delisting determination and will be lifting the trading suspension of the company's shares under the ticker symbol, "DTC," effective July 18.

In connection with the removal of the delisting determination, the company said it has withdrawn its appeal of the decision.

The company said that it continues to be out of compliance with rules requiring a share price of more than $1 and has until Aug. 25 to regain compliance.

The company also said it will update its ticker symbol to "SBDS," effective July 24.
