08:02 AM EST, 01/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Soluna ( SLNH ) said Tuesday it has named Michael Picchi chief financial officer and treasurer, effective April 1.

Picchi will succeed David Michaels, who served as interim CFO and treasurer since August last year. Michaels will remain on Soluna's ( SLNH ) board.

Picchi was most recently CFO and chief accounting officer of data center developer and operator TECFusions.

Shares of Soluna ( SLNH ) fell 5% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
