Solventum Announces Secondary Offering of 8.8 Million Shares by 3M

05:18 PM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Solventum ( SOLV ) announced on Wednesday the launch of a secondary offering of 8.8 shares by selling shareholder 3M Company ( MMM ) .

Solventum ( SOLV ) will not get any proceeds from the offering, it said.

Shares of the company were down over 1% in after hours trading.
