Soma Gold Appoints Hector Melendez as Colombia Country Manager

06:15 AM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Soma Gold ( SMAGF ) on Tuesday said it has appointed Hector Melendez as country manager for Colombia.

He joined Soma's management team on September 1.

Melendez was most recently general manager of Luca Mining (LUCA.V), where he oversaw two mining operations in Mexico, achieving all corporate targets for production, operational efficiency and safety.
