06:59 AM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Soma Gold ( SMAGF ) on Thursday said one of its diamond drill rigs is being mobilized to its El Limon Mine in Zaragoza, Colombia.

A review of historical data from the mine and diamond drilling has revealed high-grade gold intercepts in the hanging wall and footwall of the mine, the company said. It added that the 2024 drill program will focus on determining if the vein extends between these drill intercepts.
