Somnigroup International's Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Net Sales Increase; 2025 Outlook Issued

07:14 AM EST, 02/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Somnigroup International ( SGI ) , formerly known as Tempur Sealy International, reported Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.60 per diluted share, up from $0.53 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.56.

Net sales for the quarter ended Dec. 31 were $1.21 billion, up from $1.17 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.18 billion.

The company said it expects 2025 adjusted EPS of $2.60 to $3.00. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.87.

Somnigroup ( SGI ) also said its board has approved a 15% increase in quarterly dividend to $0.15 per share, payable on March 20 to shareholders as of March 6.
