05:22 PM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sonder Holdings ( SOND ) said Thursday it received a non-compliance notice from Nasdaq on May 23 for failing to file its quarterly report for the period ended March 31.

The company said it was previously notified by Nasdaq on April 24 for missing its annual filing deadline.

Sonder ( SOND ) has 60 days from the April notice to submit a plan to regain compliance. If accepted, Nasdaq could grant an extension until Oct. 13 to meet the listing requirements, the company said.
