05:58 PM EDT, 10/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sonder ( SOND ) said Monday it received a notice from Nasdaq reminding the company of its noncompliance with listing rules after it failed to file its Form 10-Q reports for the quarters ended March and June 30.
The company said it intends to present a plan to regain compliance at a Nasdaq panel hearing that it requested.
The appeal for a hearing automatically suspends any potential delisting through at least Oct. 23, but the company said it also sought extension of the suspension of trading and delisting of its common shares and warrants, pending the later hearing and decision of the panel.
Sonder ( SOND ) said it expects the panel to notify the company by Oct. 18 whether to allow its common shares and warrants to continue to trade pending the later hearing and the panel's decision.
