05:37 PM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sonim Technologies ( SONM ) filed a registration statement Wednesday for the resale of up to 1.7 million shares by selling stockholders.

The filing covers 550,000 shares issuable on exercise of certain common stock purchase warrants at $1.3864 per share, according to the company.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares, and $760,000 from the exercise of warrants will be used for general corporate purposes.

Shares of Sonim ( SONM ) were down 1.4% in recent after-hours activity.
