Sotera Health Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Decline; 2025 Outlook Issued

07:31 AM EST, 02/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sotera Health ( SHC ) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.21 per diluted share, down from $0.23 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.20.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $290.2 million, compared with $310.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $290.9 million.

The company said it expects 2025 adjusted EPS of $0.70 to $0.76. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.78.

The company expects full-year net revenue growth of 4% to 6% on a constant currency basis.

Shares of Sotera Health ( SHC ) were down 2.1% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
