04:30 PM EDT, 08/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sotherly Hotels ( SOHO ) said Friday it got a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to file quarterly results on Form 10-Q in the period ended June 30.

Accounting-related matters delayed the filing, the company said.

Sotherly Hotels ( SOHO ) said it has until Sept. 4 to submit an update to its initial plan to regain compliance.
