10:02 AM EST, 01/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SoundHound AI ( SOUN ) said Wednesday that it renewed and expanded its partnership with Five Guys, underscoring the burger chain's efforts to boost customer experience and operational efficiency using voice-based AI.

Under the renewed deal, SoundHound's AI ordering agents, already used at hundreds of Five Guys locations, will continue supporting franchisees, with broader rollout options available, the company said.

SoundHound's voice AI allows Five Guys to handle 100% of incoming orders, even during peak times, while freeing staff to focus on in-store service, the company said.
