South Korea fines JPMorgan, Nomura, UBS and Morgan Stanley for short selling breaches

SEOUL (Reuters) - South Korea's market watchdog has imposed fines on JPMorgan ( JPM ), Nomura, UBS and Morgan Stanley ( MS ) for violating short-selling rules in the domestic stock market, an official at the Financial Supervisory Service said on Thursday.
