04:36 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- South Korea's antitrust regulator is enquiring about the UK-based Arm Holdings' ( ARM ) adherence to license practices in Seoul, a person familiar with the matter told Reuters on Wednesday.

This follows a news report from Bloomberg News that said South Korea's Fair Trade Commission visited the Seoul office of Arm after an allegation from Qualcomm ( QCOM ) that the British semiconductor designer is harming competition by restricting access to its technology.

The Fair Trade Commission declined to comment, Reuters reported.

Arm and Qualcomm ( QCOM ) did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MTNewswires.
