South Plains Financial Insider Sold Shares Worth $3,300,000, According to a Recent SEC Filing

03:30 AM EDT, 03/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Curtis C Griffith, Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, on March 10, 2025, sold 100,000 shares in South Plains Financial ( SPFI ) for $3,300,000. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Griffith has control over a total of 1,349,600 common shares of the company, with 457,240 shares held directly and 892,360 controlled indirectly.
