Southland Q4 Loss Widens, Revenue Declines; Shares Fall After Hours

05:42 PM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Southland (SLND) reported a Q4 loss late Thursday of $4 per diluted share, widening from the loss of $0.09 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.18.

Revenue in the three months ended Dec. 31 fell to $104 million from $267.3 million a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $212.1 million.

Southland shares fell 26% in after-hours trading.
