05:36 PM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Southwest Airlines ( LUV ) said late Thursday it inaugurated its expanded cargo facility at the Denver, Colorado International Airport.
The 30,000 square foot warehouse has six loading docks, a significant storage area, and cooler space to support its growing operations at the airport, according to a statement.
Southwest Cargo will allow shippers to earn up to two times Rapid Rewards points for shipping to or from Denver through Dec. 31, the company said.
It added that the company expects to inaugurate a 100,000 square foot general-use building in the coming weeks to accommodate its provisioning and ground support equipment teams.
