Southwest Gas Completes Exit From Centuri

04:20 PM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Southwest Gas Holdings ( SWX ) said late Friday that it no longer owns shares of Centuri Holdings ( CTRI ) after closing the sale of nearly 27.4 million shares of the company to the public at $19.60 apiece.

Southwest Gas ( SWX ) said it raised about $525 million from the offering.
