05:06 PM EDT, 03/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Southwest Gas Holdings ( SWX ) said Friday its utility infrastructure business, Centuri Holdings, has filed a registration statement for a proposed initial public offering.

The timing and size of the IPO and price range have yet to be determined, it said. Centuri intends to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "CTRI".
