05:02 PM EDT, 04/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Southwest Gas Holdings ( SWX ) said late Monday its Centuri Holdings unit launched a roadshow for an initial public offering of 12.4 million common shares, expected to be priced at $18 to $21 apiece.

Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to acquire up to 1.86 million additional shares.

Centuri plans to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the CTRI ticker symbol.

Southwest Gas ( SWX ) said it will continue to own a roughly 83% stake in Centuri following the IPO's completion.
