S&P Global Appoints Martina Cheung as CEO

05:08 PM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- S&P Global ( SPGI ) said Thursday it appointed Martina L. Cheung as chief executive and president, starting Nov. 1.

Cheung succeeds Douglas Peterson, who is retiring, will continue serving on the board until May 2025 and be a special advisor to the Company until Dec. 31, 2025, S&P added.

The company said its full year financial guidance is unchanged.
