04:25 PM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- S&P Global ( SPGI ) completed the acquisition of TeraHelix, a closely held financial technology company.

The acquisition was signed and closed on Friday, S&P Global ( SPGI ) said Monday in a statement.
