07:04 AM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- S&P Global ( SPGI ) and International Business Machines ( IBM ) said Wednesday they are collaborating to integrate IBM's ( IBM ) watsonx Orchestrate agentic framework into S&P's product offering, commencing with supply chain management.

Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.

S&P will also develop new agents for IBM's ( IBM ) watsonx Orchestrate agent catalog through its data, research, and analytics, the companies said.

The offering will support S&P customers with tools to enhance insight and visibility in supply chain and vendor selection, the parties said, adding that S&P intends to embed IBM ( IBM ) artificial intelligence technology with additional risk intelligence services in its Market Intelligence division.
