07:08 AM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Spartan Delta ( DALXF ) overnight Tuesday said it increased its total credit capacity to $450 million.

The company said it received confirmation with respect to an increase in available capacity in its revolving credit facility from $250 million to $450 million.

Spartan said the increase enhances its liquidity and ensures it is "well-capitalized to continue executing on its growth strategy in the West Shale Basin Duvernay."

Shares of the company closed down 0.6% to $5.44 Tuesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
