SpartanNash Set to Acquire Markham Enterprises

01:28 PM EDT, 10/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SpartanNash ( SPTN ) said Tuesday that it has entered into an asset purchase agreement with Markham Enterprises, Markham Oil, and affiliates, which operate three fuel centers and convenience stores in mid-Michigan.

The company said it will retain all 42 team members from Markham Enterprises after the transaction closes in early December.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
