01:43 PM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SPC Nickel ( SPCNF ) on Wednesday said it appointed of Mark Goodman to its Board of Directors.

The company said Goodman has extensive experience in the mining and financial markets and served in a prior role as President of Dundee Corporation (DC-A.TO), SPC Nickel's ( SPCNF ) largest shareholder, from 2017 to 2019.

"I look forward to working with the Board to help unlock the full potential of the Muskox Project in Nunavut and the Lockerby East Property in Sudbury for the benefit of shareholders," Goodman said.

SPC also said Alistair Ross resigned from the company's board, effective immediately, but will remain involved in an advisory capacity.

Shares of SPC Nickel ( SPCNF ) were last seen up $0.005 to $0.035 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
