Spectral Medical Receives US$3 Million From Vantive

07:52 AM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Spectral Medical ( EDTXF ) on Monday said it has received the US$3 million Tranche B advance from Vantive US Healthcare under a senior secured promissory note entered into in May.

The advance will be used to support regulatory and commercialization preparations, and general working capital requirements.

Vantive may advance up to US$10 million in funds to Spectral in up to four separate tranches to support the company's path to commercialization of Toraymyxin (PMX). The Tranche A advance totalled US$4 million.
