Spectrum Brands Holdings Amends Tender Offer to $1.16 Billion

04:13 PM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Spectrum Brands Holdings ( SPB ) said Tuesday that its Spectrum Brands ( SPB ) unit amended the previously announced tender offer to $1.16 billion from $925 million.

The tender offer includes 4% senior notes due 2026, 5% senior notes due 2029, 5.5% senior notes due 2030 and 3.875% senior notes due 2031, according to the company.

Spectrum Brands ( SPB ) expects the early tender settlement date for 2026 notes to be June 17 and June 18 for 2029, 2030 and 2031 notes.

The company said it will fund the tender offer with cash on hand, including proceeds from asset sales, liquidation of

short-term investments, and, if necessary, from borrowings under its revolving facility.
