11:35 AM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sphere 3D ( ANY ) said Tuesday it mined 29.9 bitcoins in April, up from 26 the previous month.

The company's mining revenue for last month was $1.4 million, down from $1.7 million in March.

Sphere 3D ( ANY ) said it expects its recent partnership with Sunnyside Digital to help it refresh its fleet and add more exahash.

The company also said it is actively exploring M&A opportunities and plans to continue to pursue cost-cutting opportunities.

Sphere 3D ( ANY ) shares were up 7.2% in recent trading.
