05:34 PM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Spire Global ( SPIR ) said Monday it named Alison Engel as chief financial officer, effective April 1.

Engel succeeds Thomas Krywe, who will remain the company's executive advisor until the end of April, the company said.

Engel previously worked as the CFO of LeaseAccelerator, it added.

Shares of the company were up about 2.7% in recent after-hours activity.
