05:30 PM EDT, 08/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Spire Global ( SPIR ) reported late Tuesday its non-compliance with the New York Stock Exchange's continued listing standards due to its failure to file a report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30.

The company said it requires additional time to prepare and complete financial statements for the three and six months that ended June 30.

The company said it is "working to complete its review and these restatements as soon as practicable" and expects to file the quarterly report within the NYSE's six-month time limit.
