05:12 PM EDT, 08/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Spire Global ( SPIR ) said late Wednesday the preliminary estimate of its Q2 2025 revenue in the range of $18.0 million to $19.0 million, in line with prior guidance, and ended the quarter with $117.6 million in cash, equivalents, and marketable securities.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $18.8 million.

The company reaffirmed its full-year revenue target of $85.0 million to $95.0 million and forecast Q3 revenue of $19.5 million to $21.5 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $21.9 million for Q3, and $89.9 million for 2025.

Spire also reiterated its expectation to close 2025 with more than $100 million in liquidity.
