Spirit AeroSystems Holdings Sells Fiber Materials Business for $165 Million

09:16 AM EST, 01/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Spirit AeroSystems Holdings ( SPR ) has sold its Fiber Materials business to Tex-Tech Industries in a $165 million cash deal, the companies said Monday.

Fiber Materials' senior management team is expected to remain in their roles, Tex-Tech said.

Shares of Spirit were down more than 1% in recent Monday premarket activity.
