07:18 AM EDT, 06/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Spirit AeroSystems Holdings ( SPR ) said Wednesday it has named its board member Irene Esteves as the new chief financial officer.

Esteves succeeds Mark Suchinski, who stepped down and will remain at the company for a transition period, Spirit AeroSystems ( SPR ) said.

Esteves previously served as the CFO of Time Warner Cable, it added.
