Spirit AeroSystems Secures $107 Million Line of Credit From Airbus

06:25 AM EST, 11/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Spirit AeroSystems ( SPR ) said late Tuesday that Airbus has agreed to provide it with a non-interest-bearing line of credit worth $107 million.

The company said it will use the line of credit as advance payment for the production and delivery of various Airbus components.

As part of the amended and restated memorandum of agreement between the two companies, the amounts drawn under the line of credit will be repaid on or before April 1, 2026.
