Aug 22 (Reuters) - Spirit Airlines is weighing
a range of strategic options after its recent financial
restructuring failed to secure a sustainable future for the
budget carrier, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday,
citing people familiar with the matter.
The airline has enlisted financial adviser PJT Partners as
it navigates a cash crunch and is also working with consulting
firms FTI and Seabury Airline Strategy Group, according to the
report.
