09:54 AM EST, 01/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Spirit Blockchain Capital ( SBLCF ) on Friday announced the appointment of Joanna Lipfeld as its new Chief Financial Officer. She assumes the role from Erich Perroulaz who was acting as interim CFO.

Lipfeld brings over 25 years of experience in financial management. Since 2007, she has served as CFO at Lynx Equity, where she has been instrumental in driving investments in mid-market companies across North America, the U.K., and Denmark.
