11:06 AM EDT, 08/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Splash Beverage ( SBEV ) said Wednesday it plans to change its corporate name to Endovia Health Sciences, effective Aug. 21, to reflect its transition to a cannabinoid-focused health sciences company.

The company said it will also adopt the ticker symbol "EDVA" and launch a new corporate website as part of the rebranding.

Splash Beverage ( SBEV ) shares were up more than 5% in Wednesday trading.
