12:20 PM EDT, 10/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Springview Holdings ( SPHL ) on Wednesday filed a preliminary prospectus for the potential sale of 1.8 million class A ordinary shares by two of its shareholders.

The company said SWL (BVI) and Sky Sapphire Group could sell 900,000 class A shares each from time to time.

Springview said it will not receive any proceeds from the offering.

Shares of the company fell 1.7% in recent trading.
