Springview Prices IPO of 1.5 Million Shares at $4 per Share

07:02 AM EDT, 10/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Springview said late Wednesday that it priced its initial public offering of 1.5 million Class A ordinary shares at $4.00 per share.

The shares are set to list on Nasdaq under the ticker "SPHL" and begin trading on Thursday.

Springview said the IPO is expected to raise $6 million in gross proceeds. The company will use the proceeds from the offering for business development, marketing, workforce hiring, and general purposes.
