10:01 AM EST, 11/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sprinklr ( CXM ) said Tuesday it has appointed Rory Read to serve as its chief executive officer and president.

Read, who was also named a member of the board, succeeds co-CEOs Ragy Thomas and Trac Pham. Thomas will act as an advisor to the new CEO and continue as board chair while Pham will work as an advisor, the software company said.

Read was CEO of Vonage Holdings prior to his appointment at Sprinklr ( CXM ), according to the company.

The company's shares were down about 4% in recent trading.
