Spruce Power Appoints Thomas Cimino as Interim CFO

04:51 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Spruce Power ( SPRU ) said Tuesday that it appointed Thomas Cimino as interim chief financial officer.

Cimino succeeds Sarah Wells, who left to pursue a private company opportunity, according to Spruce.

The company said it is searching for a permanent CFO.
