08:47 AM EDT, 08/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Spruce Power Holding ( SPRU ) said Friday it has agreed to sell solar renewable energy credits in New Jersey to an "investment-grade energy sector counterparty."

The multi-year agreement is expected to generate fully hedged revenue of about $10 million for the company through 2029, Spruce said.

Shares of the company rose more than 49% in recent premarket activity Friday.
