SPS Commerce Q4 Non-GAAP EPS, Revenue Rise; Q1, FY Outlook Set

04:36 PM EST, 02/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SPS Commerce ( SPSC ) reported Q4 non-GAAP earnings Monday of $0.89 per diluted share, up from $0.75 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.87.

Revenue in the three months ended Dec. 31 rose to $170.9 million from $145 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $168.8 million.

The company expects Q1 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.82 to $0.84 on revenue of $178.5 million to $180 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $0.92 on revenue of $178.5 million.

The company expects 2025 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $3.78 to $3.84 on revenue of $758 million to $763 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $3.93 on revenue $761.7 million.
