08:58 AM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SRM Entertainment (SRM) said Wednesday it will change its name to Tron and its ticker symbol to "TRON" to align with its transformation into a TRON treasury strategy company.

The new name and ticker symbol will take effect on the Nasdaq Capital Market on Thursday, the company said in a regulatory filing.

The company's shares were up more than 3% in recent premarket activity.
