04:47 PM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SRx Health Solutions ( SRXH ) said Tuesday it has received a notice stating that it is not in compliance with the continued listing standards of NYSE American.

The company said it did not timely file its report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission by the required due date of Aug. 19.

SRx Health said it is working to complete the report "as soon as practicable" and it expects to file it on or before the cure period deadline.

The company's shares were falling 3% in recent after-hours activity.
