05:05 PM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SRx Health Solutions ( SRXH ) said late Wednesday it has appointed Lionel Conacher, a current board member, as chairman of the board.

Adesh Vora, the current executive chairman, will transition into the role of chief executive officer while remaining on the board, while Kent Cunningham, the current CEO, will assume the position of president, the company said.

Additionally, Nina Martinez has been appointed as chief financial officer, the global health and wellness company said.
