09:18 AM EDT, 05/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SS Innovations International ( SSII ) said Friday it has named Arvind Palaniappan interim chief financial officer, which was effective Thursday.

Palaniappan succeeds CFO Anup Sethi, who the company said will stay on as an advisor until a permanent CFO is found. The surgical robotic company said it has launched a search process to find a permanent successor.

Shares of SS Innovations International ( SSII ) were up 1.8% in recent Friday premarket activity.
