SSC Security Services Approves Share Buyback Plan

01:10 PM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SSC Security Services ( SECUF ) , a provider of physical, cyber and electronic security services, announced Monday its intention to make a normal course issuer bid of up to 1.15 million of its Class A common shares, representing approximately 10% of SSC's public float.

The bid will commence on Jan. 6, 2025 and continue until Jan 5, 2026 and the date by which SSC has acquired the maximum shares which may be purchased under the bid.

All shares purchased by SSC under the bid will be cancelled.

Price: 2.53, Change: -0.02, Percent Change: -0.78
