SS&C Technologies Acquires FPS Trust

09:37 AM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SS&C Technologies ( SSNC ) said Monday that it has acquired FPS Trust from IPX Retirement.

FPS Trust focuses on providing services to banks and institutional retirement plan providers. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The company said FPS Trust will operate within its SS&C Innovest unit.
